Weekly Weigh In!...

So..... today was weigh in day!  After working out 6 days of this past week and eating super duper healthy I am happy to say that I have lost 8 pounds this week.  I am very happy and proud of myself for that accomplishment.  I have had more self control and discipline then ever before.

Yesterday was rough... I just was not motivated at all to go to the gym and work out.  Finally, around 10pm (I was tired as heck) but I told myself that If I really wanted to change I needed to get up and get my butt to the gym!  In the past I would have just ignored those feelings, but last night was a turning point.  I got up and ready, headed to the gym, and worked out HARD!  I felt so accomplished on my way home.  It was one of the best feelings.

  3. Wowza! 8 pounds in a week is fabulous. You should be incredibly proud of yourself. And very nicely done on convincing yourself to get up and go into the gym. Getting there is so often the hardest part.

  5. Oh, Katie! I am SOOOOO happy for you. I prayed all week for you to get any weight loss (from my experience you get a big week and then a low week). I am so proud of you!!!!
