So we all have our "things."  The foods that are absolutely irresistible to us.  I think it's important to recognize those trigger foods so that you can stay far far away from them.  Well!!!... last night I failed to do just that.  I had such a craving for ice cream.  Luckily all we had was strawberry frozen yogurt.  Moral of the story- I ate too much of it! hehe :]  For eating practically perfect the rest of this past week I really don't feel too bad about it.  It's good to indulge every once and awhile, right?...

I have discovered a new love in the breakfast world.  If you've followed me for awhile now, you know that I am not very good at eating breakfast so this is a big thing for me!  Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies... YUM! :]

1 medium banana
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup fat-free milk
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt

Just blend it all together.  It makes 4 servings & It's delicious (at least I think so!)

  1. Throw in some spinach, it is pretty good!! I usually make my smoothies with berries, banana, spinach, PB, protein powder and water!
