Me+Breakfast=Disaster

So... I officially STINK at eating breakfast!  I know I know... "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" blah blah blah!  That doesn't help.. I need ideas to make me more motivated to actually eat it.  Any ideas?  :]

Today was a great day- I got a lot of cleaning done, worked out & ate well.

  1. Well, eat foods that you like (and are not too bad) and most importantly change the foods!Don't eat the same every morning. Maybe you could make yourself a weekly breakfast plan with different recipies?

  2. Good job on another week of weight loss! That's awesome.

    I would say until you get in the habit of eating breakfast I would find things that are quick and convenience - granola bars, fruit, yogurt... Definitely try to eat something to get your metabolism going!

  3. I have a simple strawberry chocolate flavored smoothie that I make and drink on the way to work every morning. It sounds weird, but is really so good.
    4 ice cubes
    1 spoonful low fat peanut butter
    1 vanilla Activia yogurt
    2 frozen strawberries
    1 cup of Soy Light chocolate milk
    Just blend together. So good!

    On cold mornings, I get a multigrain or wheat waffle, toast it, and place some peanut butter on it with yogurt or milk to go :)

    I have made eating breakfast my new goal & I will write out a weekly meal plan to keep myself on track!
